This blog will be mostly about my Charity Knitting, but could include anything that takes my fancy at the time.

Just a bit of Knitting
This teddy stands about 30cm high and was knitted
for my first great grand daughter Taryn for her first birthday.
The pattern is from the ABC Book of Toys, some of the
patterns included in this book are, Postman Pat,
Bananas in Pyjamas, Inspector Gadget and Mr Sqiggle.
A very good book in my opinion.

Toy cats knitted for the Charity of the month Nov '06.
The members of the Knit for Charity group that I belong to have a charity named each month and those that want to participate knit as much as they like or have time for, for that particular charity. Each of us also knit for our own favorite charity, what ever that may be.
This is the Baby Surprise Jacket designed by the famous Elizabeth Zimmerman. It is knitted from the top down,
until it is folded and sewn.
I have only recently started to knit this pattern and I hope with a bit of practice with this style of knitting the next ones will be a bit more even in the stitches.
Unless otherwise named all the knitting on here has been or will be donated to charity.
