My doctors orders have been good for my charity work and very productive, I finished items that had been waiting around for ages.

These blankets were made with fleecy material from Spotlight, cut to size then I blanket stitched around the edges. The fleecy was $12.00 and I used wool scraps to do the stitching, comes to about $2.00 per blanket, not bad eh?

Not too bad for someone that is just learning to crochet is it? I must say I am pretty chuffed about the results of this blanket. I have not blocked it yet, so once that is done I am hoping it will take out that bit of puckering around the edges.
